Job Description

Millenium Management are a leading hedge fund, founded in 1989 and have approximately $47 billion assets under management. They have c.3,300 employees across the United States, Europe and Asia.

Millennium are currently looking to hire an IT Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Data Centers and Office Infrastructure. This is a generalist IT infrastructure position and is an essential hire to help the team grow out their datacenter and office functionality.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role are broad, and day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Working in a global team-based environment in the Network automation and operations space
• Helping to build out datacentres
• Liaising with vendors
• Capacity planning (which would involve an element of programming)

Educational Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT discipline

Desired Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a broad interest in IT and the physical elements of IT, they will be highly with a deep passion for technology and learning
• Programming knowledge and skills are a plus
• Good communicator with an ability to work in a team based environment
